How do I see current activity on my account? Click on each suffix (i.e. Checking 9). This will bring in the current activity from this month. If you need to go back further (3 months max), click on the dropdown list and select the specific month. Then click on "Show History." This will bring up the activity for that month.
I am getting a Session is Expired error message on the log in page, what does it mean? Generally when that situation arises there are 2 settings that have to be checked.
- Make sure that your security is set on medium and no other setting.
- Make sure that your cookies are enabled.
This should eliminate the Session Expired issue.
My account history has not updated, why? When this situation arises, your pages are not being refreshed automatically. Check your browser setting and verify that it is set to refresh pages automatically. Changing this setting will enable you to view your most current activity.
I have just received my application in the mail. I'm trying to log in but cannot, why? We need to have your signed application back from you before we can activate your Personal Credit Union. Once we have done this, we send you an email advising of the activation, you should be able to then sign in using that temporary password.
I have just had my password reset and am being asked to change it immediately. The password change screen is asking for an old password. What should I use? You will need to fill in the "old password" field with the temporary password the Electronic Services Department gave you when you called to have your password reset. If you try to use your prior password, you will get an error message.
